He deals with the occupational risks while elaborating on the psychological impact of both prison worker and prisoner.

His most recent book, Gorilla Justice, is an un-edited raw fictional version of realistic prison experiences and events through the eyes of an anecdotal translation of the inmate’s plight and suffering while enduring the harsh and toxic prison environment including solitary confinement.

Carl has been interviewed by numerous news stations and newspapers in Phoenix regarding the escape from the Kingman prison and other high profile media cases related to wrongful deaths and suicides inside prisons. His insights have been solicited by the ACLU, Amnesty International, and various other legal firms representing solitary confinement cases in California and Arizona. Luciana, the Santanic Hispanic Woman - Kindle book

Excerpt from the book page 62

Luciana was thinking about what Freda had said this morning about just getting fucked by someone. Surely there wasn’t anybody else home and whoever it was, had already left the house. She assumed it was Jeff, but her instincts and intuition sensed someone else.

Women have a knack for getting those kind of feelings. Even though they may be completely wrong, it was fun trying to figure out the mystery or suspense of who is having an affair with who.

Thinking it might have been another woman, she was wondering what that would be like. She knew from her own upbringing and morals, she would never let another woman touch her intimately or even come close enough to kiss her but then, she just hadn’t quiet ever crossed that bridge before and honestly, she wasn’t sure what she would do or say in such circumstances.

In order for her to even think about this clearly, she had to understand the emotions that get twisted here when two women are attracted to each other.

Maybe, or partially, it was possible it could happen. maybe, or even probably, being with a woman can’t be as bad as it sounds as it has been a growing trend in society as lesbian and homosexuals gained the right to be married and live together as domestic partners in most states.

However, in Mexico, she wasn’t sure how society viewed such contact or relationships. she knew this would require things to be done - dirty things that required undressing, touching, kissing…and more or so she thought. She let out a laugh and decided to watch TV for a while.

In the meantime, Freda had gone up to take a shower and freshen up. She came down smelling all fresh and brought a cold beer into the living room where Luciana was watching TV. “what are you watching? Anything good on right now? I hate daytime television as there is usually nothing but novellas on and they all do the same thing – they fuck, they cheat, they kiss, they fuck and they kiss different people.”

Thinking Freda was a funny girl, she laughed loudly and agreed. They both popped a cold beer and watched some game show trying to guess the answers.

Time passed and Luciana had to ask – her curiosity peeked about one hour after Freda came down from the shower. “Tell me girl, who fucked you this morning when your hair was all tangled up and you smelled like you just broke out in a sweat?”

Freda, silently pondering her next answer, said, “I fucked Jeff, he was still here and Roxy was already gone and when I heard him in the other room, I went over there and seduced his handsome ass and fucked him hard. He didn’t mind, I think. He was still undressed and walking around in a towel after he took a shower. He was surprised to see me but he didn’t push me away. He seemed surprise I wanted to fuck him so soon after just meeting him last night.”

Luciana, sitting at the edge of the sofa asked for more details. “Well, when I entered the door wide open, he just stood there, smiling. He took one step towards me, and then another, and then, I was in his arms as he undressed me. I felt his strong hands remove my clothes and I didn’t mind it one bit that he was a little rough doing it.”

“As he held me there, undressed and naked in his arms, he picked me up and carried me to the bed where he and Roxy just got done fucking each other. He took me hard and spread my legs out so wide, I moaned with a little bit of pain as I had sore legs from hitchhiking the past few months. You know what I mean?”

Silently sitting there, Luciana was completely turned on by Freda’s story of how Jeff fucked her.

As if they were had been friends for a long time, these two girls were sitting there and gossiping about the morning’s love affair that Freda tried to hide but just had to tell the story to get it off her mind. confessing to Freda she was completely turned on by the romance, she was wet again, just from the sight of Freda telling her passionate morning fuck to her.

Something (possibly her pussy) pulled her forward, and she was sitting closer to Freda, only seconds later. Her hands were sweaty, her palms moist as her emotions were leaping from the top of her body to the very end of her body, from flesh to flesh.

The next thing Freda said was, “do you want to go upstairs? We can have our talk up there in my room and we can keep it secret.”  She gestured towards the stairway on the other side of the room, and as Luciana looked, she saw Freda walking sensually up the wide staircase, with lacquered black banisters and ruby-colored carpeted steps.

Luciana, worried to piss off Roxy, said, “Is this her house?” she asked Freda but she was already gone, disappearing into the darkness of her room.

She threaded her way through the stairway, and found her sitting on her bed, naked and wrapped only with a white towel barely covering her breasts. Her torso was almost completely exposed as her arms brushed against Luciana’s intimate body parts— she just shook her head.

She wasn’t ready to make love to a woman but the temptation sure was hard to resist. Freda was very attractive and she was on a mission— it was clear she wanted to fuck Luciana as she was here for her, and her alone, and, she realized now, absolutely no one else would do.

Unwilling to go all the way, Freda read the signs well and settled on kissing Luciana’ feet, fondling her breasts and stroking her hair and while rubbing her fingers incredibly sensuous against her bare skin, with her pussy lightly and causing Luciana to moan with pleasure.

She had to stop this before it went too far – however, the pleasure was too much for her to handle as she fell into Freda’s arms and just laid there on the bed as Freda’s mouth, lips, fingers and hands found every inch of her body and caused her to reach an orgasm that was unreal and very long overdue as a woman’s need and desire to be loved is not limited to any man or person who could arouse her moods into a state of ecstasy.

Panting and exhausted from Freda’s love-making efforts to stimulate her into a state of frenzy and ecstasy, Luciana had to collect herself and cool off a little from this erotic massage Freda just gave her that woke up every nerve and muscle inside her body. Nodding she needed a time to breathe, Freda let up her passionate movements that made every inch of Luciana tingle and let her up off the bed.

Staring at each other, eye to eye, there was a little shame coming from Luciana who had never let a woman touch her like that before. The rest of the morning was uneventful. The two girls sat and enjoyed each other’s company on the sofa and watched TV without making any sexual talk during the shows.

Toleration vs. Tolerance - 2 different things

Tolerance or Toleration – there is a difference

Our laws have progressed to take us passed color barriers of the past, yet, many are bringing those stigmas back and using the law to exert their bigotry, biases and racism as a form of expression that is hateful and destructive. There are intentional efforts out there to separate us again by color for various reasons, most of them theological, personal and political in nature. Using religion, we have armed ourselves with fear and opposition to change or different cultures. We, as a nation, have become oppressed towards anything and anyone who does not look like us, speak like us, dress like us or pray or belief in God like us.

Thus this has contradicted our laws in many ways but quietly reinforced by those who are filled with hate and ignorance about race or religion and not bothering to seek the truth, but rather, follow the falseness of others who speak lies.

We have become a nation of politically correct people who allow the practice of passively or quietly but deliberately, allowing or permitting acts of bigotry, prejudicial attitudes or behaviors and other things we disapprove of and say nothing. In other words, we have developed a pathway of toleration that is self-destructive and destructive to our society. Under the disguise of religion, we have been taught to endure or bear the burdens of toleration. However, these "tolerations" are skewed to benefit the sponsors of such speech, ideas or acts.

They are not fair, objective or developed to sustain harmony or peace, but rather to attack or criticize the opinions of others who do not conform to their own religion or practice and therefore, lash out with harmful and damnation of words and acts that creates a fear that those condemned beliefs, practices or racial differences, all who are different from their own, are harmful and must cease to exist. Some religions extend this hate and fear to the point of genocide.

We need to examine toleration when it comes to religion and allow various cultures and groups to engage in their own beliefs and practices without condemnation as long as their actions do not interfere or impede the lives of others who do not want to be exposed or taught this different way of life or beliefs.

It is acceptable to disapprove, decline or refuse to accept other means of religions and that should be made clear. Whether you are an atheist or a Christian, a Jew or an Arab, the matter of religion is private and should not be interfered with unless it is imposed forcefully or illegally.

Toleration and tolerance are two different words and have two different meanings.

You must know the differences.

Tolerance is an attitude of mind that implies non-judgmental acceptance of different lifestyles or beliefs, whereas toleration implies putting up with something that one disapproves of that but that is taught, fostered, mentored or sponsored by someone else who’s influence on your own mind, frees you for thinking for yourself.

Unfortunately, through the evolution or revolution of time and space, an analysis of modern doctrines today has been expanded to include political and ethnic groups, homosexuals and other minorities, and human rights embodies the principle of legally enforced toleration.

Nana's House, the Lemon Tree - Fictional and non-fictional short story

Nana’s house is a short story about an Arizona family enduring the political storms of SB 1070, the economic hardships of finding work and the daily stress and multi-cultural challenges found in most Hispanic homes living in the Phoenix metro area and exposed to different dynamics that are related to immigration, basic household living, cultural clashes and festivities, life, death, sorrow and imprisonment of family members associated with street or prison gangs.

The lemon tree is an analogy of the bittersweet fruit that exists in every household that endures the daily anxieties and struggles of a minority family living during troublesome times and dysfunctional elements of raising kids in the poor side of town and making sure they finish school and do something productive with their lives.

The Zest of Water

The Zest of Water

The Lust for Water does not resist temptation

A human’s lust for thirst is never a sin

The feel of water is often soft as it falls out of the sky

As it was never meant to harm you

The strength of water is bound by laws of nature

To give you what you truly desire inside your soul

Because it is true to nature and all its power

It can shift your moods from rapid thinking to a chilling slow

Water always returns back to its true form or shape

It is granting your lust for life, and is endlessly changing

It can find you love, grief or sorrow or joy

For it does not lack the desire to please or disappoint you

The zest of water brings endless passionate desires

It fulfills an endless life of enrichment to soothe your soul

Whether you are letting it go, or bringing it close to you

It is always constantly changing by letting it flow

Water can bring you enrichments of life or cause a sudden death

It does not cling to either without a special purpose

It finds its own level and essence in life as far as we know

By forever and never letting things go without a reason

So do not cling to water for too long as it may drown you

Even though its ecstasy is eternally giving

Like the sun, the heavens and moon above

It permeates all living things around us light or night

And when things eventually die, the water remains

It teaches us reason and purposes under the stars of heaven

It reasons with us that all things that are born shall die

Yet, when it is all said and done, it is never really over

Water is here for us, fulfilling our ego

As it fills our body and soul with vibrations and ripples for living
