Carl R. Carl is considered by many a rogue expert in the field of prison security systems since leaving the profession. Carl has been involved in the design of many pilot programs related to mental health treatment, security threat groups, suicide prevention, and maximum custody operational plans including double bunking max inmates and enhancing security for staff. He deals with the emotions, the stress and anxiety as well as the realities faced working inside a prison. He deals with the occupational risks while elaborating on the psychological impact of both prison worker and prisoner.

His most recent book, Gorilla Justice, is an un-edited raw fictional version of realistic prison experiences and events through the eyes of an anecdotal translation of the inmate’s plight and suffering while enduring the harsh and toxic prison environment including solitary confinement.

Carl has been interviewed by numerous news stations and newspapers in Phoenix regarding the escape from the Kingman prison and other high profile media cases related to wrongful deaths and suicides inside prisons. His insights have been solicited by the ACLU, Amnesty International, and various other legal firms representing solitary confinement cases in California and Arizona. He is currently working on the STG Step Down program at Pelican Bay and has offered his own experience insights with the Center of Constitutional Rights lawyers and interns to establish a core program at the SHU units. He has personally corresponded and written with SHU prisoners to assess the living conditions and how it impacts their long term placement inside these type of units that are similar to those in Arizona Florence Eyman special management unit where Carl was a unit deputy warden for almost two years before his promotion to Deputy Warden of Operations in Safford and Eyman.

He is a strong advocate for the mentally ill and is a board member of David's Hope Inc. a non-profit advocacy group in Phoenix and also serves as a senior advisor for Law Enforcement Officers Advocates Council in Chino, California As a subject matter expert and corrections consultant, Carl has provided interviews and spoken on national and international radio talk shows e.g. BBC CBC Lou Show & TV shows as well as the Associated Press.

Hate Groups - mental conditioning and creating an agenda of Hate

Opinion – Why “Black Lives Matter” or any group under the influence of mind-conditioning processing, is dangerous to Society. The actions of the group, “Black Lives Matter” is no different than the creation of the KKK or any other hate oriented group. The same can be said if the objective is to produce loving, peaceful gathering or religious compliance with the use of false scriptures in an artificial sense, that promotes harmony rather than conflict. Even a false sense of love can endanger lives through the manipulation of causing deaths, devotion, loyalty and sacrifices.

This process does not produce racism, it produces hate or love or any other desired outcome, but is not real and genuinely not self-controlled thus it can be manipulated for all the wrong reasons.

One has to remember the Jimmy Jones massacre to see how this can be done to thousands of people over time and change their mindsets with a different ideology than before. Let me explain, how classical mind conditioning "aka brainwashing" can change the events as demonstrated in the media today. How people digest words and actions is based on their mental training and processing abilities and their desired responses. As part of Pavlov’s work, it has been demonstrated that dogs can and do respond to various triggers to a desired result. People can be conditioned to do the same.

Rather than making it complicated, people of ALL RACES, can and will respond to certain triggers of an organized attempt to lead and deceive actions intended to produce desired results or actions. This can be done through a process called classical conditioning.
A theory that carries with it a heavy weight of facts that we can program or indoctrinate certain behaviors by cue or trigger and see the direct results as encoded by those in charge of the conditioning. This is a visual, audio relationship that translates into desired actions.

First there are natural and neutral stimulus produced in which will likely produce a preferred unconditioned response. It can be a whistle, a bell, a chant, a sign or anything that triggers the mind to respond with the desired behaviors. If you present the neutral stimulus and the unconditioned stimulus together, eventually the person(s) will learn to associate the two. After a short time period, if done repetitively and consistently, (brainwashing or indoctrination) the neutral stimulus by itself will produce the same response as the unconditioned stimulus.

This is called a conditioned response. Think of an unconditioned response as completely natural and a conditioned response as something that we learn and causing us to react to it as a desired deed, action or position. We then, in essence, become robotic and do whatever it is that we are conditioned to do; eat, drink, shout, cry, chant, fight, kill, destroy or resist.

The list is endless and the people are being used as dogs, in the Pavlov conditioning test to prove that people can be controlled the same way too. This explains why some people act the way they do; it is the way they have been conditioned, socially, politically, ideologically, theologically and any other means to influence their mindset to show hate or any other emotion desired by the process.

What we are facing is an organized effort to turn people against people and those who use this vicious tool of discrimination and hate are seeking to divide and conquer the masses through self-destruction or a justified need to overpower them with force and claim to do so for the goodness of mankind, safety, security and law and order in our society today.
