It has become very obvious to both political leaders and
government officials that the Ryan Empire is on its decline. Out of sight of
the public’s eye, they have crumbled severely and are now suffering badly as it
has collapsed on dozens of factors that resemble those of operational failures,
program suffocation and reliance on outside resources that have crippled their
effectiveness.
The Ryan Empire fell for several reasons and my theories
are based on evidence based facts that have been gleaned or emerged from
hundreds of horror stories told and news articles written. Even the website
belonging to the Empire reflects their disintegration as the empire is today
standing on its last leg.
Ryan’s Empire was never on a solid foundation as it recruited
and employed those very same people that were the reasons for the demise of a
previous administration under a different emperor. An invasion of forces once
controlled and now out of control has broken the chains of trust and communication.
Each force acts alone and does not want to work together with the others
splitting the Empire into ten different clones and sections.
An over-reliance on slave labor or inmate help was a
critical component of the crumbling walls as the prisons are now deteriorating
at such a fast pace no amounts of monies can reconstruct their foundations.
Straddled with poor economic conditions and constant overspending their
reliance on inmate help has diminished their capacity to control their
environment. The physical plant strength has weakened public safety and
jeopardizes staff safety as their neglect and failures to make situational
assessments and security awareness has faltered severely over the years.
Ryan’s Empire had been successful under the divide and
conquer theory that has parted loyalties as well as labor organizations. The division
has cause common causes to be abandoned and left each sector to fend for themselves
in order to survive. This chaos was a direct result of hiring dominant incompetent
players who would not follow the commands of Ryan and went on their own to make
things work for them.
Today, even the administration is divided and does not
communicate well with Ryan’s goals and objectives. They have demonstrated their
vulnerability by their failures to meet the “headline test” and have shown
their internal structure is weak and corruptive in nature as each have their
own systems never interlocking with the main system designed.
Although a billion dollar empire it has overstretched its
capability to control their expansion and stretched their resources beyond
normal capabilities. Having to cover such vast areas of the territory, they are
unable to govern the empire effectively and are facing a logistical nightmare
in order to preserve a safe and secure environment. There are insufficient “boots
on the ground” to keep the others safe and the invasion of ethnic gangs has
further weakened their ability to defend as designed by law and policies.
Ryan’s Empire is filled with fake leaders who will not communicate
failures as a part of their monthly reports fearing a backlash of
administrative wrath that may displace their authority and positions. Coupled with
their inability to communicate for help, they are forced to handle matters at their
own discretion and often fail to do the right things to minimize collateral
damage. Local rebellions or racial wars from the inside and a frail political
infrastructure on the other side has caused concerns for crumbling and
destruction from within rather than from the outside. Unable to keep up the
empire’s technological needs, their systems are overburdened and often
challenged for proficiency and effective management tools in their civil
infrastructure that is failing.
The Empire’s sheer size and rapid growth has made it
difficult to govern or manage. Loaded at the top with inexperienced inept individuals
doubling dipping but not concerned about effective and consistent leadership,
they only serve the empire to magnify their management problems.
Murders are frequent, natural deaths are becoming too
frequent showing incarceration is practically a death sentence and the civil
war within is fostering a mass rebellion. Soon this empire will be plunged into
chaos as more and more inept leaders create the hate and discontent element of
a riot. A decline in human dignity is boiling the pot to an overflow that is
going to be difficult to handle once it erupts.
The emperor has hired and established his own personal
bodyguards to protect him from the public and the troops who now hate him with
a passion. Fearing harm, the emperor has installed a crystal wall dividing his
office from the others and maintaining a solid glass wall between him and them.
The empire is littered with corruption and political
instability as their souls are often auctioned off to the highest bidder.
Failing to temper the excesses of abusive power and authority, the empire will
surely fall soon due to its own widespread corruption and incompetence. This has
cost trust in leadership and possible dangers of an overthrow of the emperor’s
reign and control of the empire.
The empire’s loss of traditional values and moral code
has created a new brutal culture of customs and practices that are shifted and
no longer according to written laws and policy and procedures. Trust displaced
with wrongful loyalties has created a breach of divine status for the emperor.
Last but certainly not the least factor is the weakening
of the empire’s legions or legionnaires. Unable or unwilling to recruit enough “boots
on the ground” troops or correctional officers, the makeup of the once might
legion has been diminished and severely fractured.
Hiring mercenaries from the private entities promising to
supplement their forces, Ryan merely propped up his troops with private rent a
cops to show control of the prison systems. Untrained and lesser skilled troops
fill the vacancies as attribution factors are ignored to induce salary savings
and other fiscal austerity strategies. Dividing the loyalties of his empire’s
soldiers he created a situation where they often turned on each other rather
than fight side by side as they once did against a common enemy.
Selected the weak-hearted for leaders has crumbled the
workforce into power hungry officers often turning against their own for their selfish
benefits of promotion and glory. Ignoring the strong-hearted officers for
promotion or leadership positions has demolished morale and warrants no extra
efforts on their parts to keep the infrastructure intact and operational.
